Whistler Village is the heart of Whistler BC. It is situated at the foot of Whistler Mountain and close to Blackcomb Mountain.
Visitors can ride the Fitzsimmons Express or Whistler Village Gondola up Whistler Mountain. Alternatively, they can catch the Excalibur Gondola up Blackcomb Mountain.
There are many hotels, restaurants and bars in this Whistler District. It is certainly the most active and lively district of Whistler. Accommodation in Whistler Village, however, is relatively expensive.
Whistler Village Centre
Whistler Village stretches from the ski lifts at the south end of the village to Village Gate Blvd at the north end. A pedestrian overpass connects Whistler Village to Whistler North.
Parking Lots #1 and #2 and the Fitzsimmons Creek are located east of Whistler Village. The Whistler Golf Club is directly west.
