One Whistler's most iconic features is the pedestrian promenade that runs through the heart of the village. The promenade meanders from the Marketplace at the north to the base of Whistler Mountain at the south.
During the summer months, the Village Stroll is decorated with beautiful hanging baskets and flower gardens.
In the winter, the stroll becomes a winter wonderland with Christmas lights and decorations everywhere.
Mountain Square is one of several town squares located along the Village Stroll. It is an exciting and busy section of the community that features an assortment of boutique shops and restaurants.
Whistler Village has always been a pedestrian friendly community.
Vehicles are required to park either at hotels or at one of five parking lots located along Fitzsimmons Creek.
